CIRCA 16TH CENTURY RETICELLA LACE W/POINTS. The linen flax thread is very fine and workmanship on this early Reticella lace that came from the Grande Maison Collection. It seems as if this might have been part of a gentlemen's cravat? because it is finished on all edges . Measuring approx.6" by almost 6". The lace has it's original cream patina and is in good strong condition.
