CIRCA 1740's,ORNATE BOBBIN LACE LAPPETS.A lavish design on this pair of fine joined lappets with a wonderful dense design of florals,meandering vines and leaves. Measuring apprx. 64 inches when laid flat and measured along edges.Measuring also 7 1/2" at the wider part and 4 1/4" across lappet width. The design is quite superb with the finest thread and excellent workmanship on the lappets. There are some scattered openings on these ,overall very good strong condition.Buyer may view and return quickly if in the US as I think they should be seen as the overall quality and condition is very good.
