CIRCA 1880-1900,CHILD'S WONDERFUL FROTHY DRESS W/VALENCIENNE LACE. There is so much work on this beautiful dress! It is entirely covered with ruching,and masses of Valencienne lace. The top of the gown has Valencienne lace wings that make their way to the lower waistline.Such a very beautiful dress, dresses like this are very rare to find.A few minor tiny openings that are minor otherwise the dress is invery good strong condition.
