CIRCA 1900, SUPERB MILANESE,CANTU LACE BANQUET TABLECLOTH. A fine Cantu lace banquet tablecloth measuring approx. 122" by 68" wide. A ornate cloth with scrolling Cantu lace and leaves with shaped vignettes in each corner filled with large urns and florals.There are also cherubs and urns filled with flowers in the other shaped vignettes and at each side large mythological gryphons with raised three dimensional work. Elaborate design and good workmanship! This item seems as if it was never used and retains it's original cream patina.
