CIRCA 1889-1900, IMPRESSIVE IRISH CROCHET CAPE COLLAR. Quite a impressive Edwardian Irish Crochet cape collar with excellent Irish Crochet work and a very good design. Measuring approx. 20" around neckline and 14" in width. There are raised three dimensional petals on the flowers. In very good strong condition .
