CIRCA 1900's, ITALIAN NEEDLE LACE CENTERPIECE W/LANDSCAPE AND DEER. Early 1900's, excellent work on this Italian needlelace placemat or table mat. A central ornate vignette has a image of a deer in a forest. The vignette is surrounded by very ornate scrollwork and roses. and measures approx. 16 1/2" by 12" wide. In good condition, the lace has it's original cream patina.
