Circa 1860's,a exquisite Brussels Point De Gaze lace fan leaf.A beautiful ornate design with large Brussels Point De Gaze roses and floral bouquets, lovely sprigs of florals,lilies,wonderful scrollwork and needle lace fillings.This is quite a large fan leaf, the design and workmanship on this item is quite superb.Measuring approx.25" across from edge to edge,7 1/4" for width.The lace has it's original cream patina and seems unused, a few minor small openings.This was never attached to a fan.
