CIRCA 1930's, WONDERFUL FINE SHADOW WORK TABLECLOTH W/NAPKINS. Quite a lovely tablecloth and set of napkins. Made with the finest translucent pineapple flax and woven into the design there are lovely grape and leaf flower swags and clusters of grapes and fine handmade Drawnwork around the edge of the cloth and napkins. The colorway is sublime , cream and a light mocha border with a lighter cream design on the florals. A wonderful tea cloth measuring approx.64-65" with additional 8 napkins measuring approx.17 1/2inches. There is a Art Deco hand embroidered silk monogrammed design on the napkins. In good strong condition, seems unused.A light pretty ethereal set, ideal for indoor garden room, garden etc.
