CIRCA 1920, CHARMING FRENCH NORMANDY LACE BEDSPREAD. A lovely French Normandy bedspread with original gentle creme color patina measuring apprx.90 by 84 inches ,the measurement includes a 17" ruffle on two sides.Centimeters measurement is 228.6cm by almost 215.9cm. The design is quite lavish with large Fond De Bonet vignettes with lovely assortment of lace throughout the bedspread.This listing is for one bedspread but we also have one other matching bedspread .This is a very good example of the bedspreads made in France during the 1920's.All lace was usually dipped into gentle tea infusions and so a wonderful cream color was made, a very popular color during the time.If one desires a white bedspread ,one just needs to soak in very hot water and suds.
