CIRCA 1920, LOVELY FINE FRENCH NORMANDY BEDSPREAD.A French Normandy lace bedspread filled with numerous roundels with whitework and lovely fine Valencienne and other laces in the design.Extremely pretty and a good example of the bedspreads that were made in France during the 1900's. A lovely assortment of laces connect the roundels with deep scalloped edges on the two sides.Measuring apprx. 110" by 75" at widest part.A charming ivory patina on this bedspread, extremely elegant and graceful. We laundered this item and the bedspread in very good strong condition, a couple of tiny MINOR openings. This bedspread seems almost unused. (Item #ALB52)
