CIRCA 18THC.SILK BROCADE GILT SILVER FLORAL CHILD'S DRESS.A superb early metallic design with large silk brocade heirloom roses. This lovely child's open back dress is part of a museum deaccession of children's clothing.In good strong condition, age related wear on the brocade and some loss on the pink silk piping.The lower part inner silk blue lining has damage but it can be easily removed.The top lining is early and quite lovely with bows, large meandering vines and florals.
