RARE SILK EMBROIDERED FIGURAL PURSE.Superb design and workmanship on this very beautiful silk embroidered purse. Each side of the purse has a different design. One side has a design with medieval figures and a dog.The scene includes a pastoral landscape with stone veranda set against a architectural background. A border of grape vine leaves surrounds the design. The other side has a scene of a temple,monastery or villa set amidst a lush autumn scene. The workmanship is quite excellent on this wonderful purse.Some slight wear on silk, minor. Good condition.(Item #AP35)
