CIRCA 19THC. FINE TAMBOUR LACE WEDDING VEIL.A very beautiful antique cream wedding veil made of Tambour lace. The veil is heavily embellished with work, each corner has ornate embroidered flowers and meandering vines and leaves, with large scattered florets scattered throughout the veil.The wedding veil measures apprx. 80-82". Each corner has apprx. 27"of Tambour lace design. A beautiful wedding veil!This veil seems almost unused, a few age stains, items needs to be washed as it has it's original patina. As most lace in those days were tea dipped to color, very hot water will bring this up white if desired.In very good condition. (Item #ALV25)
