ORNATE FRENCH SILK PURSE W/BEAUVAIS EMBROIDERY. This purse has a abundance of polychrome Beauvais embroidered roses ,florals and ribbons. A earlier purse, the item has a worn inner lining that needs to be replaced and there is wear at the top part of the purse on the front and back. This item was used but the area around the dense design is good and so lovely I feel if someone could repair this would be wonderful. Measuring approx. almost 9" by 7 1/2", this measurement does not include the chain.

LADIES FRENCH SILK PURSE WITH BEAUVAIS EMBROIDERED ROSES. A lovely French silk purse with Beauvais embroidered roses. There is a ornate porcelain? clasp at the top of the purse with two similar ovals at the top of the frame. The purse frame is surrounded by tiny beadwork. Ther eis a original "Made in France" label on the inside of the purse. Measuring approx. 10" by almost 7" wide..The purse is in very good unused condition , the inner lining is also excellent.
